Strategic service happens when each of us applies our heart and hands to the place of greatest demand.  It's about serving in a place that will move the church closer to fulfilling its mission of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Our strategy is to create environments where people are encouraged and equipped to pursue three vital relationships:

• Intimacy with God
• Community with those inside the church
  
• Influence with those outside the church
  

We need every person available to serve in one of the following areas:

• Family Ministry
• Host Team
• Production Team
